Nearly all our products have a manufacturer’s warranty; the AEDs, depending on brand or model from 2 to 10 years. Spare parts are generally without warranty, with the exception of some batteries. Warranty or not, we shall always work creatively to find a solution that satisfies your requirements!
When you have purchased one of our products and it fails unexpectedly while still is in its warranty period, we shall do our utmost to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If the product has a defect upon receipt, you will generally receive an immediate replacement. In some cases a repair may solve the problem.
If you have had the product in your possession for some time and you have noticed a problem, please call us to determine the best solution.
