In exceptional cases we have to make your data available to the manufacturer of an AED (automated external defibrillator) to meet the legal obligation of traceability. This is done only if the safety of the user or the patient is at stake and/or if there is a recall of the product.

These statistics can be used to improve accessibility of the site by AEDexpert. Our ordering process through the website asks customers that want to purchase products to provide us with the required information such as name, address and email. If this is necessary to follow up on the agreement we will pass on your information to third parties. This is for example the case if the ordered item is shipped by an third party. It is possible to add reviews of articles on the website of AEDexpert.co.uk.
