How to return a product?

1. Fill out the return request using the button above. Letting us know the reason for return helps us process it faster. 
2. After submitting your request, we'll email you the next steps as soon as possible.
3. Send your return via a carrier of choice to:

   • For larger or higher-value items, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Keep your shipping receipt (if applicable) so you can track your return.
5. Once we've received your return, you'll get a confirmation email.
6. Once your item passes quality control, you'll receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the return.
7. Refunds are issued via your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. In some cases, we may ask for your IBAN.

You're also welcome to use the European model withdrawal form to cancel your purchase. This isn't required, but using our own form helps us process your return faster.
